9.0Camera con bagno privato e cucina in comune, tutti gli ambienti erano molto moderni, puliti e curati. Posizione decisamente comoda per raggiungere in poco tempo le varie spiagge tra Sirolo e Numana. Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile.
A restful place with everything you need - very accommodating hosts
10.0The facility has multiple rooms that share a common kitchen area. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are quite private, though. The hosts were extremely kind to us. We arrived on a holiday when all restaurants and stores were closed. They offered to provide us with food if necessary. They gave us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed in the garden overlooking the fields of Osimo. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook there.
− The hosts don't speak English, and we don't speak Italian. We bridged the gap with translating technologies.

10.0Cosy facility, common dining room & kitchen, separate bathrooms, and above all a very kind and helpful host, Mr. Alessandro. Whatever we needed, he was there for us.

10.0L accoglienza di Sandro e Marzia nella casa di cui hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio. Le loro attenzioni e i loro consigli...la loro bellissima struttura è in un punto strategico per le visite di tutta la zona Conero. Adatta a tutti i tipi di clientela che cerchi Relax e tranquillità!!! Un' ottima esperienza che ci ha fatto apprezzare una bella settimana di vacanza in una regione stupenda! Consigliatissima!
