− Bathroom needs refurbishment, redundant shower fittings still in situ, overhead shower tap falling apart, sink cracked, plug doesn't work. Dining stool wobbly and dangerous. Sofa very old No cooking equipment, a saucepan was provided when we asked. Uncomfortable nylon bed linen Courtyard could be beautiful but was full of weeds and unkempt when we visited Overall not up to the standard expected

Comfortable and cosy apartment providing a base for walks and drives around Petworth.
8.0Comfortable living area and well appointed kitchen. Clothes washing machine and dryer was a blessing as we had clothes requiring washing after our walks.
− Not too much. The clothes washer protruded too far to open some of the utensil drawers.
