Overall the house is not bad but needs more maintenance and a little bit quality furnishings.

The pool was great, despite the luck of sunbeds.

− The accommodation was described as 4 bedroom as it only has 3 bedrooms. It was quite disappointing when we arrived and found that there is no enough rooms for everyone. There are no wardrobes in downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, but has only six chairs, so if you are larger group you can not dine together. There were only two sunbeds one was broken, one swing-broken again. The water in the irrigation system left stain on our car. All nightstands were broken, the owner send a technician to fix the furniture, but it was again inconvenience during our stay. For the same amount we were staying in more luxury 5 bedroom villa in Corfu.

The house common room and kitchen were spacious and very well lit. The kitchen is sufficiently large with plenty of space to do most things and appliances were all in order. There is one big bedroom and two small ones which are sufficiently big to accommodate a family with teenagers or two couples. If you count the couch, it could accommodate up to six people but it can feel a bit congested. The main feature of the house is it's patio and pool area. The patio was where we spent most of our time with sufficient shade to hide from the sun. The pool is large enough to accommodate 5-6 people in it. The garden is very large as well and the villa is located in a secluded and quiet place.

− We were without WiFi for about 2.5 days. We never understood the full problem since we were told it was an issue with the carrier and not the router. One of the days was an official holiday in Greece which contributed to the delay. That was beyond our host but we were nevertheless without WiFi for a long time and that sucked. Another BIG problem I have to mention for all guests that value their vehicles. The water in Greece has high limestone content which means that any water spray from sprinkler systems will leave a mark on the vehicle that is not removable if you let it stay enough for the sun to dry it. The only way to remove it is via special detergents and car wax/polish. Make sure you park at a safe distance unless you wish to spend 150 EUR at a car wash to get it cleaned. The final thing is the gardeners. They would come unannounced on the property without a phone call or notice. They came at around 9-9:30 in the AM which could be an issue for people that like to sleep in late.
