− Dans la description, il était mentionné : + dans la chambre : 1 lit et 1 canapé lit + dans le séjour :1 canapé lit. Alors que dans la réalité, il n'y avait pas de canapé lit dans la chambre. Ensuite quand on réserve pour 4 personnes, on s'attend à avoir le linge de maison pour 4. Il manquait les draps pour le canapé lit.

− J’avais réservé un appartement avec 1 chambre fermée. J’ai eu une modification de réservation qui m’a été envoyée il y a quelques mois mais je n’ai jamais réalisé que c’était pour un appartement sans chambre fermée. La communication était loin d’être claire. Donc quand je suis arrivée, j’étais vraiment déçue et il n’y avait aucun moyen de changer malgré ma demande. La climatisation était vraiment trop bruyante.

− La poigné de porte etait brisé, a chaque fois que bous voulions quitter la chambre la poignée nous restait dans les mains. La lumière de l’entré flashait.. pour 250 la nuit je m’attend a quelques choses de plus adéquat
