Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements are to be made prior to arrival, and guests will need to fill in a pre-authorization form. For bookings of 7 nights or more, a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to 1 night will be required to secure the booking.

The onsite bar is currently closed, however, there are two pubs nearby.
Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
