10.0This apartment is in an excellent location. It has everything you need inside. If you plan on cooking or prepping meals in the apartment, you should check the kitchen before you shop, they had olive oil, vinegar and some spices. The washer is a nice addition, too. If you know Riomaggiore, it is slightly over halfway up the hill (possibly 2/3). It's quieter and not as congested than farther down the hill. In the summers, this area is packed with young people ready for adventure. The entire little town is buzzing, everyone is in a good mood. There is a combo of great Italian food and fresh seafood on every menu. The beach is amazing, I had 3 boys with me that loved the cliff jumping.

7.0The location of the apartment in Riomaggiore is fabulous. Right in the middle of the town. the apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The apartment is furnished well.
− One has to climb a lot of stairs with your luggage to reach the apartment but that is not surprising of Cinque Terre since it is a hill town. The host Giovanni tried to trick us into one bedroom and kept one locked after knowing we were only 2 people. After we called him and complained, he gave us keys to the other bedroom. We had specifically booked this apartment since we wanted 2 bedrooms. Only one bedroom is airconditioned and it doesn't work very well. Secondly the host only sent us the tourist coupons after we asked for them.
