Wondeful family stay
9.0Nice secluded area and walking distance to the marina. Good space outside and a good sized pool. The property is as described and is new/ clean/ lovely/ nice pool. It’s decorated like a beach house with white walls and white wooden panel ceilings and blue decor. All new and clean and very cute . Staff were available anytime via WhatsApp and very helpful. Additional items were set up as requested, kettle, toaster, hairdryer and additional items dropped off when we realised we left our welcome documents at the office , or needed a spare blanket. I would recommend a car. The marina is nice to walk round and for dinner or drinks, and there is a nice beach walking distance also. But the area itself is quiet. We drove to Budoni for the large Spar for groceries and also went to San Teodoro for dinner and the market which was busier. La Cinta beach is there also , which has nice soft sand and clear water but was super busy. We also went to old town Olbia for dinner and a stroll one night and ventured further one day to Porto Rotondo for lunch and walk round the marina and shops then to the beach there.
− The property itself was really great. We travelled with young children and are from the UK so eat around 6/7pm and bed by 10pm latest. Only minor thing was noise from a nearby hotel or complex. We could hear singing/music until late at night. It would start around 9/10 and last until midnight. It was in the distance but if you were in bed/ silence in the villa you could hear it. I played soft music on our iPads to distract from hearing it when trying to sleep.
