5.0The location was good close to Spiagia Chiaia and Marina di Corricella. It was nice to have a washing machine (but there was no iron) and the apartment was a good size.
− The staff were really challenging to get in contact with. I had to keep messaging them to ask questions about check in process via booking.com, WhatsApp and email and they were slow to reply. There were no instructions in the accommodation about how to use the appliances in the house and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I was also really disappointed that they hassled me to check out. The check out time was by 10am and they messaged me at 9am asking if I was checked out yet (with a ?!) and when I replied that I would check out at 10am they had a cleaner knocking on my door at two minutes to 10am who waited at the door while I finished packing my bags! Very disappointing especially given the price of the stay for the night. I definitely expected better.
