9.0It was a great place to stay in Biella, right in the heart of the city. The host was very helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated his support throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to explore Biella while enjoying the convenience of being in the city centre :)

− Suggerisco di sollecitare maggiore cura all'impresa pulizia. Faccio alcuni esempi: il telaio letto in tessuto è macchiato, il sapone mani era acqua aggiunta per raccogliere il fondo, il dispenser sapone bidet non funziona, lo scopettone del water non era stato pulito.

10.0Premetto che è stata una soluzione d’emergenza in quanto, dopo aver ricevuto una truffa da un’altra struttura in zona, ci siamo ritrovati a prenotare all’ultimo respiro questa magnifica struttura. Emergenza a dir poco provvidenziale in quanto ci siamo ritrovati a soggiornare in condizioni a di poco perfette. Apparentamento in pieno centro, gestita da un host puntuale e disponibile. Dotata di ogni comfort e posizionata in un punto del centro storico da dove si può raggiungere ogni angolo di Biella. Presente ascensore e servizi di ogni tipo; pulizia generale ottima ed orari di check in e check out splendidi. Consigliato
− Parcheggio non proprio vicino; non è presente un parcheggio in zona se non per coloro che sono autorizzati ad accedere all’area pedonale. Ciò rappresenta l’unico neo di una struttura nel complesso molto molto buona.
