10.0Staff sangat peramah dan baik.. layanan yang bagus.. staff untuk cleaning room pun sangat baik .. tQ.. Dekat dengan UUM dekat nak pegi thailand.. next time boleh stay lagi di sini,anak anak pun selesa tidur di hotel ini..

− Lantai bilik air yang sangat licin..amat merbahaya pada kanak2 Dan juga warga emas. Diharap pihak pengurusan memandang serius perkara in untuk mengelakkan sebarang kemalangan berlaku.
