Due to the non-availability of any accessible opportunity to ask questions prior to our break, we cancelled our booking. Very disappointing. Your system was not at all user friendly - we tried time and again by various routes to get some help. Nothing doing!

Great value for the money/roomy, clean, and comfortable

This place was so clean and comfortable. Everything worked, including wifi, hot water, lights, fan, kitchen appliances, and locks. We found it to be just right for 3 people - would certainly also be right for four as well. We loved the location, partly because it was near where our daughter lives, but it's just a short walk to the various parks, shopping theatres, and shops. There are also two grocery stores quite nearby. It's a very nice and quiet part of Cambridge, near the river. We feel very lucky that we found the place. Communication with management was top. Highly recommend.

Booked Springfield Cottage but was allocated Midsummer Cottage instead.

Quiet location. Kitchen facilities excellent.

− Mattresses need replacing. Uncomfortable double bed - bed frame squeaks upon movement and springs in mattress felt through the sheets - mattress worn out. One of the single beds used also has uncomfortable mattress.
