− Le confort est très rudimentaire. La salle de bain est minuscule et l’état demanderait des travaux de rénovation Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais

Très bien situé. Très bon accueil et très familiale. Chambre propre et très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner anglais. Je recommande.

Good stay but disappointing breakfast

Most of the staff was really nice and welcoming, the location was really perfect and central, the street not too loud at night

− The room was very small and underground (we had room #2) and it was located right under the breakfast room, so starting from 7.30 you would hear many noises and steps and people moving chairs. We chose the English breakfast in vegetarian version (with mushrooms and beans instead of sausage and bacon) and on both days there were no beans: the first time they said they were sold out (we had the last breakfast spot at 9am) and the second day the guy answered not nicely that the vegetarian breakfast did not have beams included (but we also saw all the other guests did not have beans). The breakfast could have been better overall.

L'emplacement tres central. Le calme de la rue. La literie et le duvet douillet. La douche bonne chaude et bonne pression. Le petit déjeuner inclus.

− La chambre au sous-sol avec une fenêtre opaque, donc tres peu de lumière, impossible de voir à l'extérieur et très humide. La propreté moyenne dans les recoins.: moisissures dans la bouilloire ainsi que le long du mur derrière le bureau. Pourtant tres visible donc facile à nettoyer. La fenêtre qui se ferme pas totalement donc froid dans la chambre.

The bed was comfy and the location was good. The team did seem nice but the facilities were just abysmal.

− The room given was awful. The hotel itself is run down, which is fine, we had not expected it to be amazing, but the room itself had nowhere to put toilet roll other than floor or edge of sink, there was nowhere to hang a hand towel or bath towel. The window was not properly covered by the curtain, and the curtain was not thick enough to prevent much light coming through. There was no sound proofing and the room was directly beneath the dining area so we were woken from 7am by tables and chairs scraping across the ceiling, plus the sound of the staff running up and down the stairs. The room was tiny, with only just enough space for one person to walk sideways down each side of the bed and only standing room for one person between the bed and the bathroom. Bathroom also tiny which was why there was no room for toilet roll or towels. Then breakfast itself when we were allowed our slot was a bit sad, bluntly. Full English was 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 egg, baked beans and for some reason two triangles of American style cheese. No ketchup available. After having sat underneath the scraping of chairs and tables for a couple of hours I had hoped breakfast would at least cheer me up but like everything else it was mean, cramped and lacking any redeeming qualities. Would never stay here again.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement à la fois proche du centre et du métro, le calme en ayant une chambre donnant sur le jardin. La chambre familiale était spacieuse. Le petit-dejeuner continental sous forme de buffet et à volonté. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages le jour du départ sans surplus pour profiter de la journée.

− Le simple vitrage, comme beaucoup d'endroits à Londres, qui fait entrer humidité et fraîcheur dans la chambre heureusement que les épais rideaux coupent bien. Le ménage pourrait être plus minutieux : toile d'araignée et poussière sous le lit.
