8.0It was a nice place to stay, conveniently right across the road from the beach and on the trolley route. The unit we stayed in was close to the pool area. The pool was nice. Walking around in the evening was nice.
− It's been a very long time since I had someone living above me, and the sound of walking across the floor and the running water sounded super loud. It's not restful when the upper and lower Apts. are sleeping on different schedules. To get into the pool, you needed a code. No where does it say what that code is. Another renter told me what it was. The air filter was filthy and the floor had not been swept. There was only 1 liner on the shower curtains. The other didn't have one. The liner was ripped from the rings in some spots. There was some kind of red food on the wall and ceiling above the sink in the kitchen. The kitchen sink leaked and it smelled under the cabinet. One of the remotes had dead batteries. Took 2 days to get fresh ones. I expected it to be cleaner for what we spent for the week.

− Bathrooms outdated with visible mold in tub. Throw rugs were matted and dirty. It looked like a young kid lived there.
