8.0It was close to where I was working and very quiet. Great that it had rain water.
− The accomodation only had a coffee machine for coffee. I didn't know how to use it but I didn't like the coffee once I googled how to use it.

− If I were to pick a minor negative, the bed was a little on the firm side (personal preference).

− Off street parking would have been nice but not essential. A couple of chairs would have helped. But appreciate shortage of space.
