Enjoyed stay but lacked a few comforts. Great location, great restaurants nearby.

Great location and great views. Nice seating area outside with direct access to pebble beach. Several good restaurants, shops, and markets within walking distance. Was conveniently located 30 min from airport.

− No A/C in bedrooms. Had to leave windows open to get a breeze but then got attacked by mosquitoes and had a few visits from local stray cats entering the house. No hot water for first day. Wifi wasn’t working for first day, when they finally told us password it was available the whole time. Also it didn’t work unless you were in the same room as it. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Not enough towels and when asked for more only 1 more towel was dropped off and further requests went unanswered.

A beautiful location with the beach directly at the back and restaurants near. Everything is within a walk able distance. The home is spacious and the reception and service friendly and welcoming.

− The house can do with a bit of TLC. It isl maintainted but also showing wear and tear.

Posizione eccellente. In riva al mare. Struttura ampia, 3 camere +salone. Grande patio esterno

− Struttura poco mantenuta. Water che perde. Mancano persiane e zanzariere. Aria condizionata unico impianto nel corridoio.

Η τοποθεσία. Το σπιτι ήταν «πάνω» στην θάλασσα.

− Στο σπιτι όλα τα έπιπλα ήταν πολύ παλιά και χαλασμένα, ήταν του 1960. Στην τουαλέτα το καπάκι είχε κιτρινίσει. Στην αυλή μπροστά στην θάλασσα είχε πεταμένα λάστιχα αυτοκινήτου. Τα παράθυρα δεν είχαν σίτες κλπ. Γενικά το σπιτι είναι παραμελημένο και δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις σύγχρονες απαιτήσεις. Δεν υπήρχε wi-fi.
