Cultural experience and cosy homestay
10.0We had a great time at this homestay. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was decent: banana pancakes or rice with tea/coffee. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The best thing about this homestay by far is Daud. He is a lovely man and a brilliant tour guide. He took us on guided tours for 4 days: days 1 and 2 were cultural including attending a funeral, days 3 and 4 we did hikes through the rice paddies and through villages. He made us lovely packed lunches for the hike days. We learnt so much about the area and Indonesia, Daud is very intelligent and has brilliant English. This was a cultural highlight of my time spent backpacking in SE Asia.
− This is not a problem with this homestay, but everywhere in Indonesia is noisy in the mornings.. don't forget your earplugs!

10.0the big bedroom and big bathroom. The daughter is very friendly as well as the owner. I found them very flexible (also gave me the room early morning since I was arriving with the night bus). There is a little table and a chair in the room. I m sorry I only stayed one night (that night wasn't planned), if I stay longer, I will come back.
− nothing. I just have to mention that the alley is very dark at night and there are dogs, so if you are alone like me I can be scary.

8.0Riana’s Homestay ligt in een kampung. Vanaf de weg 3 min. lopen. Ligt mooi in het centrum met genoeg eetgelegenheden en supermarkt vlakbij. Afgesloten mooie binnentuin. 2 lagen kamers. ‘S ochtends voedzaam simpel ontbijt. Redelijk ruime kamer en ruime douche en toiletruimte. Voor je kamer kun je heerlijk op een veranda zitten. Drinkwater kun je pakken.

9.0Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer und Badezimmer einfach, aber praktisch und sauber. Lage absolut ok, ca. 10 min fußläufig bis zur Innenstadt.
