− Your cleaning staff either does not speak English or are just plain rude. I asked someone who was vacuuming the floor if she could give me bathroom tissue, she said oh when the person comes to clean i thinkshe could have offered to get it. . You say good morning and they don't answer. Do you have homeless people staying there. I have nothing against them but it seems as if they want to take over the breakfast area in the morning and you have to navigate around them. Suggestions: you do not have a night light or another light in the room so when you turn off the light by the door you can easily fall making your way back to the bed. You should at least have one other light in the room. Also why don't you provide a microwave. Your prices are not cheaper than other hotels like yours you should have a microwave in the room . The bathroom was very clean.
