10.0The apartment is clean and comfortable, and close to the metro and buses. There is a large supermarket on the ground floor. Brando, the owner, is very helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Tolle, gemütliche Wohnung mit top Lage!
10.0Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Erdgeschoss desselben Hauses. Der Eigentümer Brando hat uns freundlich begrüßt und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. + viel Stauraum und begehbarer Kleiderschrank + Regendusche und Handbrause mit Duschablage + guter Haartrockner + Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern + viele Steckdosen + 2 Klimaanlagen (1 im Wohnbereich, 1 im Schlafzimmer) + Rollladen an allen Fenstern Unser Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag kostenlos bei Brando unterstellen.
− Die laute Straße war manchmal etwas störend.

10.0First of all, huge compliments to our host, Brando – incredibly kind, friendly, and always available. He explained everything in detail and was there for us at any time of day, ready to answer all our questions and help with anything we needed. Truly one of the best experiences ever – a perfect 10, even 100/10! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and very cozy. There’s a large, well-stocked supermarket right next to the entrance, and parking is also nearby, which is a big plus. The place is equipped with everything you might need, so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about!
