We enjoyed our stay but disappointed with some points stated above

− Bedrooms and toilets very clean but inside windows dirty and full of cobwebs. Sofa bed dirty. Outside area including patio doors very dirty. We brushed the dead leaves and moss from the floor and cleaned the patio furniture before use.
Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location and dog friendly 😊

10.0Beautiful high quality home; cosy, comfortable and so clean. walking distance to anything you need in braunton. Beds and sofas were so comfortable and so appreciated all the little thoughtful extras. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
