Très belle maison et belle résidence.
9.0Propre, calme et bien équipé. Une équipe en back office toujours disponible pour n’importe quelle demande. De plus, des commerces sont à proximité et la plage aussi. Je recommande ce bien.
− Un peu froid pour l’hiver car la maison est chauffé par des radiateurs d’appoint.
J’ai pas trop aimer odeur désagréable dans l’appartement

9.0La qualité de réponse de la conciergerie, Très belle maison et très bien équipée, Maison très spacieuse avec plusieurs salons et plusieurs salles de bain et toilettes, Piscine magnifique et très très bien entretenue, Propreté des lieux, Emplacement à proximité de toutes les commodités, Gardien très aimable à l'entrée de la résidence et qui surveille les véhicules en stationnement, Proximité de la plage et des grandes villes comme Rabat.
− Attention aux moustiques, Il manquerait une climatisation.
