Festival de Carmen, worst experience

− For me its unacceptable to NOT inform your client about festival that lasts feom 10 July to 19 July (de Carmen) and lights liteally flashing your window (that you cant cover) and music is like 90 dB (even after closing your windows) until 4 AM ! after they reserve this apartment. i wanted to work from this place, but it was nightmare, afrer 3 hours of sleep 4 days in row its impossible to think beside, dirty towels, broken bed that make you unable to sleep well or do other stuff, when u coming to apartment wifi not working, ac not working because batteries are empty.... and the noise from the street is horrible, motorcycles, buses a the time beeping on each other, u cant even leave your balcony opened additionaly parking area is horrible too, you must drive through whole Puerto de Santiago looking for single place to park and then walk when ur lucky 10 minutes :) really one of the worst experiences and happily i had only 7 nights there out of 28 schedumed in Tenerife i.other situation id jist go back straight to my home

8.0Echanges et disponibilité de notre hôte. Vue sur la mer, terrasse, équipements, commerces de proximité, plage. Douche refaite et plus d'écoulement dérangeant.
− Bien qu'il était noté que le matelas a été changé, être attentif à sa qualité. nettoyage des vitres (baie vitrée et miroir). Nombre de places de parking public limité.
