The kitchen was ok

− The lockbox number I was given didn’t open the lockbox to our appointment so 1. after a long journey not being able to get into the property . 2. Not being able to have the light on because it didn’t stop flickering. 3. The 2 internet codes were not valid so I had to use my phone which costs money. 4. The fan in the bathroom was on for 24 hours every day so not much sleep was had. 5. I was told there were only 1 flight of stairs but actually there were 2 flights of stairs up to the front door, and the 1 flight of stairs inside I was told was there, was actually 2flights , 1 flight that curved back on itself and carried on up so really 2 flights . As My Mother is 90 and I have a severe lung problem getting up the stairs was a problem for us

The help from booking.com. The instructions are not clear in terms of address. Please include the house name rather than the number as there is another building where gos goes that has very prominent number 1 on it.

− The cleaning standard is really bad. Particularly the windows that are so dirty and covered in dust ( it is not pleasant to touch them or sleep near hanging cobwebs and dirt) and the bathroom. It takes so little to at least clean the brown marks replace the taps. I also want to note that at the time of booking the rating is displayed at 9! Really misleading!

There is nothing to like.

− booked this property for one night and drove over 300 miles with my family, only to find the room in a complete mess—like someone had just checked out and no one had cleaned it. When I called the provided number, I was told the cleaner didn’t show up. They offered me another room, but i was told that window was broken—this was during heavy rain and 4°C weather! I asked them to send the cleaner and we can wait in a car but they said the cleaner won’t come now. They also said they will refund the money which I did, but it’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but no one is responding anymore. On top of that, the parking situation is awful. It’s so poorly designed that even with my SUV, my car scraped the bottom. Anyone with a smaller car should seriously reconsider booking this place. Really disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this property
