− Drain smell in bathroom. Listing said washing machine and TV in unit but not in ours. Management didn't get back to us on that upon query - staff tried to explain but didn't solve the fact that we didn't get what we paid for.
Not a good value for money
6.0We liked rhe availability of washing machine and dryer in the room. There was also an airer that could be used to hand wet swimming costumes, etc.
− The location is far from the city. The breakfast was monotonous. Cereals were not always available. There was very limited choices of fruit. Almost everything were served cold especially fried eggs, hash brown and noodles.
Pleasant, welcoming and spacious grounds.
9.0A pleasant stay at Cocomo with my family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and restaurant room service available. As the resort grounds are quite large, it never felt crowded. The kids loved the swings and the lagoon side area. Appreciated the complimentary water and drinks available for purchase from the mini bar. The resort is very accessible with a bus stop across the road, local produce market and supermarket next door. Limited dining options nearby, but just a short bus trip from Port Vila town.
− The couch and beds were not very comfortable, and instead of the double bed we booked, we were provided with two single beds. The kids pool was not operational, likely due to July climate (cooler).
