Dreadful experience, house was filthy, host was very poor and also rude

− Everything really... An awful experience which I hope to never repeat, house was filthy including excrement in toilet! No one to meet us as didn't read booking.com request. ha to sit and wait through 3 hours of cleaning when we did get in as place was dreadful with dirty bathrooms, kitchen, cutlery etc. After all that had to call them back again as there was no gas!
