8.0I booked with a private person that owned the hotel suite.. and didn't realize but that was so wonderful, 1. Half the price, 2. Had someone to ask about things ,3. Gave us an extra big room 4. Was double the size we thought
− Front desk woman did not seem very knowledgeable how to help me get to the person I booked from. A woman standing nearby overheard that we were looking for help, and offered us some assistance.
