− كان خطأ في التاريخ حولت التعديل لم يفد حاولت الإلغاء لم يتح للأسف لم ترد خدمات التواصل للبوكنق تم التواصل من أول دقيقة مع الفندق افاد بتجرده من المسؤلية وان هذا من خصائص البوكنق.. تم الوصول لاستقبال الفندق واطلع على الوضع واعطيته عبر الجوال طلب التعديل وكان فيه امكانية في النزل للتعديل افادني انه لم يستطع التعديل.. عليفد من الجز ولم أسكن ولا ثانية وأخذ مالي بغير وجه حق
