I would recommend it to everyone who stays in Baku.
10.0So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Not sure why they don’t have 5 stars yet. I would really recommend it to everyone. the cleanliness, the hospitality, the amenities, the location very close to the center so you can walk to all of the main attractions. But I would really like to point out the people who are working there, so for the most amazing people who make you feel like at home, always take care of you. I’m so thankful for their support. It was my first time, got the best recommendations what to eat and what to do in the city. Got an upgrade, so I could stay in the best conditions possible. Thank you guys 🫶 Now I know where to stay when I come back!

9.0The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the horrendous smell in the bathroom and even though there is a kitchette there is nothing to use e.g. pots, pans, plates, cutlery The room was lovely, AC was great, lots of toiletries and unlimited tea and water. The staff were amazing, so friendly, always making sure I had enough water and that everything was ok, lots of advice on where to go and where to eat (maybe in future recommend some not so expensive touristy places though). Honestly the staff make the place great. Not a complaint but be aware there are 8 flights of stairs to get to the reception/room area as it's at the top of the building.
− The smell in the bathroom was awful, I kept the door shut and the fan on during my stay. There were a lot of cigarette butts on the roof outside the window.
