− Parts looked tired - some of the doors
Was comfortable, good location, near Tesco supermarket and Univeristy of Essex. Was clean.
8.0Was convenient for the purpose we rented it near University of Essex. Rooms were tidy. Bathroom and towels as well as bed linen were clean.
− I guess a little bit the neighbours - little untidy.

8.0L’emplacement proche de l’université d’Essex, au calme et possibilité de garer sa voiture devant.
− Il n’y avait que très peu de thé et café à disposition ce qui aurait été appréciable. La voiture est obligatoire car c’est dans un quartier pavillonnaire où il n’y a pas de commerces. Ce n’était aucunement dérangeant nous mais juste bon à savoir.
