10.0Véritable havre de paix avec une belle piscine bien entretenue. La plage à 5 minutes à pied, la jolie corniche pour les promenades du soir et ses restaurants, le supermarché au bas de l'immeuble. Les restaurants juste à côté. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. La gentillesse du propriétaire Salah Dine et Madame Halima qui nous a attendu pour nous remettre les clés même avec notre arrivée tardive L'appartement était bien équipé. La literie était de belle qualité. Mes 2 ados ont apprécié le séjour autant que nous. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. Tout était parfait je recommande et je reviendrai. Hanane.

8.0« L’appartement est très bien, propre et conforme à la description. Il est aussi super bien situé au niveau de la corniche. Le propriétaire a été accueillant et réactif.
− Cependant, il y a quelques points à améliorer : • Dans la résidence, certains résidents ne respectent pas et jettent des déchets par terre, y compris autour de la piscine. • La circulation est très bruyante jusque tard le soir, avec beaucoup de klaxons. • Le carrelage de la piscine est à prévoir car de nombreux carreaux sont cassés. Plusieurs enfants, dont mon fils, se sont écorchés les pieds et les jambes en se baignant. Dommage pour ces désagréments, car l’appartement lui-même est vraiment agréable. »

9.0Ms. Halima welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the property and the facilities around. There apartment is located conveniently above a small supermarket and a bank. A short walk to the beach and various restaurants around. A well kept and clean apartment.
