Don’t book as management are unreliable

Good location

− Property was clean but the sofa was broken and even though I reported it to the property management in a timely manner, they didn’t send out anyone to fix it even though the sofa was a bed for one guest. The staff were very unbothered and I tried to contact them multiple times after being told that I would receive updates but didn’t receive any useful information and not proactive behaviour from the management. They also falsely advised many things such as AC and parking when there is no ac unit or parking available - it is on street parking. They were unable to fix a broken sofa even though we paid for 6 guest so we were unable to get the service we paid for and there was a lack of understanding and urgency considering one bed was broken

Absolutely nothing. I like with this agency.

− This is unacceptable. I waited 2.5 hours for a response from the agent to retrieve the keys from the Go Local store, and no one bothered to contact me. Their treatment of customers is disgraceful, and they didn't even bother to apologise. The level of service is terrible and falls far short of the standards expected by Booking.com.

New building and apartment. The beds were soft, so for us they were great. Parking wasn't easy at night. Many cars were wrongly parked down the street. We didn't come by car, but just leaving the message for ppl using them.

− Neighbours were constantly making noise after 10 pm. Not a big deal for us. The neighbourhood was not the best. Streets were super dirty. The garbage collection service seems to forget that area for many days/weeks. The part of grabbing the keys from a keynest in a shop that was 10 mins walking distance was not what I expected when we arrived. Being with kids and all of that makes it harder when it's raining outside. The pot and pan from the kitchen need a renovation. I had to clean the oxide before using them every time. They were rusty

For Short stay is good selection

Location is very near to city center, parking on road side at least one space will be available at any time. Apartment is quite new all facilities are in working except dishwasher. Area location is quite and felt safe. Wifi is good.

− Sofa was terrible, dish washer was not working and not got any help from anyone to start. Beds are all packed in one room no privacy, Pots and pans or cooking utensils were very less. First place collection of keys are little hard to find the place as GPS will show the wrong place.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to, which I appreciated. However, I did feel that the space was smaller than it appeared in the photos. The listing made it look more spacious and styled in a way that suggested several good areas, but in person it felt more cramped and less than expected. The bedroom layout in particular felt quite crowded, as it contains two double beds and one single bed in the same room. I personally felt that removing the single bed could improve the overall feel of the space and make it more visually appealing. Overall, the stay was fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort, the beds were extremely comfortable! but the photos didn’t fully reflect the actual size and layout of the apartment.
