I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kuta, Lombok-the hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, from towels and room facilities to food and help getting around. They even cooked for us and took us to the market, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The guest rooms are in a separate building from the family’s house, so even though it’s a homestay, you still have plenty of privacy and it feels more like staying in your own Airbnb. They also rent motorcycles and offer a taxi service at very reasonable prices, which made everything much easier during our stay. We felt very comfortable and well looked after the whole time, and I was genuinely sad to leave.

I had a wonderful stay! The family was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and were always friendly and caring. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I’m very grateful for their kindness and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zum Übernachten. Ruhige Lage, man kann mit dem Roller alles schnell erkunden und erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön , wir haben nichts vermisst. Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war der Owner. Es gab immer ein nettes Gespräch und Kaffee und Tee dazu. Für uns war‘s spitze.

Here you're not booking a room, you're booking a stay with one of the most amicable and caring families I've had during my travels. From the minute you enter, Ebun (the pakcik or owner) would tell you we're a family, don't hesitate to ask us anything. From getting a massage for my sprained back, to sending me to the hospital, your privacy is fully respected yet you're never alone in a foreign country. Solo travellers can rejoice talking to Ebun or rolling an organic tobacco that he takes pride in. Couples are just as welcome given the insanely spacious room for a price that boogles my mind given how close it is to the surfing village at gerupuk and Kuta center. Initially I chose to stay at selong belanak due to its proximity to the airport, but this place is truly comforting, even cheaper than other homestays with a scooter rented combined. Whilst I initially planned to stay just 2 days, it's been my main base for the past 7, letting me visit bukit merese, pantai ann, tunak resort and many many more given how close it is. Also food options are plenty and 1/3 the price in Kuta, where coconut latte can be found for 10k down the road and pizza for 30-40k
