Location, generous living space, great kitchen, easy entry, nice decor

− Bed pillows, bed blanket was quite old, Not enough of quality bath towels (plush, nice quality) No beach towels that we could find. No milk in the fridge on arrival

Beautiful house in a quiet location. Different areas for spending time. We loved the covered deck and the fire pit. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden, great for dogs.

As soon as we arrived it felt like home. All the little bits & pieces that decorated the house were so cute. There was a clear understanding of what the owners expected from us as it was detailed in an information booklet, but if all they just wanted us to enjoy our stay & not worry about the little things. I reached out to Kristy on a few occasions & she got straight back to me, nothing was too hard & we did like she said & enjoyed our stayed very much. If we are coming back to Mollymook for another trip & we have our fur baby with us we will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect not too far from anything, it was a very nice & quiet neighbourhood, we loved it that much we could honestly live in this home like it was our own. We cannot Thank you enough Kristy.

The size, facilities and it was so quiet. Our fur babies loved it as well

− The laundry door & the en-suite door don’t stay closed It showed that it had its own beach- we couldn’t find it. This wasn’t a drama but maybe update this.

We were travelling through so it was a short stay but I don’t think I would have wanted to stay longer.

It was in a good location

− Wasn’t the cleanest and I wouldn’t want to stay in the summer as it has no aircon in the upstairs bedrooms

The spa was dirty

− The house flooded when we were there which resulted in us being evicted from the property by the fire department at 1am in the morning. The next morning we returned at 5am and were able to restore the power and mop up additional water from the kitchen and lounge room and clean out all the bins which had flooded and needed us to sort through the rubbish by hand. The owners said they would provide a refund for the night we were evicted at 1am but after repeated calls and messages there was nothing provided. We bent over backwards to protect their home from damage, coukd not stay in the house and this is how they treated us.
