− Arranged a time to collect keys 3-4pm ,no one there kept calling them no answer then at 6pm got text saying ring me later then they turned there phone off. Rang booking.com who got hold of them at 7-45 to say there was no accommodation as they had double booked.i had to find other accommodation and pay again.still trying to get our money back to no avail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

1.0Nothing as the caravan Had been sold 3 months prior to my CONFIRMED booking. However booking.com were still advertising it. The break was ruined as it is virtually impossible to contact booking.com
− Having to go home instead of enjoying a night away.
