Condition of the property and missing advertised amenities were disappointing.

Location and checking was simple.

− Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. One of the main reasons for booking this property was the hot tub, and I specifically contacted the host before arrival to confirm it would be ready. The host advised that it would be but may not be warm due to cooler weather; however, temperatures during our stay were between 26°C and 30°C. On arrival, the hot tub was completely empty and, when filled and connected, would not turn on at all. I have provided photographs of the hot tub and weather conditions during our stay. The outdoor space also differed considerably from the listing photographs. The fence shown in the advertised images had been removed, leaving the garden with much less privacy. Sections of fencing and a large ladder had been left in the garden, giving the impression that maintenance work was incomplete despite this being the reason for price increase. As I was staying with children, I did not feel the garden was as safe or suitable as advertised. We also found debris, including glass/plastic fragments, in the garden and one member of our party unfortunately stood on it. Photographs have been provided. The cleanliness of the property was below expectations, with visible hair on the floors upon arrival. In addition, there were no spare sheets or bedding available for the sofa bed. What concerned me most, however, was that somebody entered the property during our stay without prior notice while we were inside. As a single mother travelling with children, this made me feel uncomfortable and affected our sense of privacy and security for the remainder of the stay. Whilst we enjoyed our time in London itself, the property did not reflect the standard advertised in the listing, particularly regarding the hot tub, garden condition, cleanliness and privacy

− Personne n'est venu pour ouvrir l'appartement , ni code ,ni mail.. l'entreprise de location a simplement oublié mon fils et ses amis !!!!! Injoignable, constamment sous répondeur . après plus de 2 h sans réponse nous avons dû faire appel à l'help line de booking qui les aidé à trouver un nouveau logement.

I liked it when I left

− Despite confirming on the morning my arrival time and having it responded to, there was no one there to meet me, no one picked up the phone, i ended up waiting for half and hour and then ringing booking.com customer service who managed to get hold of the owner who then provided an access code. this should have been sent before. the place is very very poorly maintained, two windows that were broken and stuck open so it was draughty. Furniture is sparse with no where to eat. The terrace is lovely however the hot tub was empty and didnt work, it took 34 hours for it read as above 30 degrees on the thermostat but it clearly wasnt working as it was still freezing, it caput! the boiler was incredibly noisy 24 hours a day, to the point where you couldnt sleep with crashes, bangs and a permanently leaking overflow going who knows where. Main shower head didnt work and so you have to use the smaller secondary one. Very dissapointing, dont book it, I asked for proof from booking.com that the boiler was safe and serviced and could not get it, they gave me a credit against a future booking but this place is seriously bad

The little appartment has potential to be very cosy. Toilet/shower is done to a high standard. They at least provide heaters to heat the cold house. The appatment at time of condition was only £109 per night though meaning the cons where just about even with the cons. I would stay again

− The room window is broken meaning room/house is freezing durning the winter months. Hot tub/Jakuzzi sitting empty and dirty on my arrival. I didnt use all appliances but plastic cheap kettle has limescale in it and isnt usable.. All in all a few small things to change for a massive improvement.

Alright for pissed up party groups that’s all no good for children or couples

− Hot tub wasn’t hot took 24h to heat up so first night wasted, broken couple broken windows one wouldn’t even shut (hidden by a blind) not child friendly in slightest, requested a cot this didn’t arrive until the next day were I had to chase it up twice. Washing machine too dirty to use, dryer not working also the outside plugs defo ain’t waterproof which is probably how dryer has broke. out of date items in food cupboards sharp knives at toddlers reach, then to end the stay on a high note they let themselves in the apartment at 8:30 before 10am checkout without knocking while my family were in bed and I was in shower then left front door open as we made our selfs aware. Won’t be staying again that’s for sure
