Very frustrating experience that could have been avoided
3.0Studio was clean. WiFi password was fortunately shared in advance in email, so luckily I had a means to contact the owner for help to get the door open.
− Arrival procedure was a disaster. Lockbox instructions were sent, but I couldn't open it at 11pm at night. I learned later the owner knew the lockbox was defective - it should be removed to avoid confusion. There was another email I overlooked with revised instructions, and it was fortunate I eventually noticed it because the owner was not responding to my texts/calls. The studio was not ready for my arrival. A window was left wide open and the heat was not switched on. It was 8 degrees inside and it took half the night to warm up. The unit is locked with a cheap 3-digit combination lock and home-made latch with sharp tiny screws exposed. Although it's a nice neighbourhood, but I wouldn't leave any valuables inside.
