− Property is run down. Insect screens are poorly fitted and none fitted to the rear or sides of the building. Therefore, every night when the lights were switched on inundated with mossies, etc. Poor ventilation ceiling fans in bedrooms ( if working) are ineffectual. Too hot to sleep. Maid mentioned that previous guests thought the same. Appliances and windows rusted. Ants nest by outside patio area became unusable at times. In summary. Could be tremendous, but lack of investment &improvement has sadly let this property deteriorate. $250 a night... expect better

Very peaceful house to relax by the beach
8.0We stayed nearly a week at Kasuku Villa and had wonderful time: the location is very convenient & peaceful, between Diani's main road and the beach (only accessible at low tide though), the house had everything we needed and the housekeeper was super responsive & helpful.
