Great time at Villa River View

- Tranquil location with beautiful mountain views - Outdoor area and Terrace - Spacious property

− - Needs more general maintenance / upkeep (Refrigerator doesn’t freeze properly, Toaster doesn’t work, Mattresses uncomfortable, Water leaks in kitchen and bathrooms) With a few minor improvements, this property has potential for a 10+ rating. Regardless, we enjoyed being there and had a great time.

Lots of potential - very disappointing!

The view is spectacular.

− The place is very beautiful and the apartment is spacious, but there were a few issues that made our stay less than enjoyable - and unfortunately, when we asked for help, we were told to manage on our own. There was no dish soap in the apartment, no extra trash bags, and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were no basic kitchen supplies like oil, salt, sugar, coffee or tea - the kitchen was completely empty. In addition, the general cleanliness was poor: there was dust everywhere, and the pool was dirty, with a lot of debris at the bottom, including dead insects and cockroaches - even though we were told that the pool had been cleaned three days earlier. There were also rats roaming around the balcony at night. There were also plumbing issues: the jacuzzi upstairs was clogged, as was one of the toilets. The place has potential, but there is definitely room for improvement - especially in terms of cleanliness, supplies and attitude towards guests. - By the way, when we asked the hosts for dish soap, and towels. The answers were robotic and negative.

Spacious villa in a peaceful location

Very spacious villa, great for big families. Peaceful and quiet location with a nice view. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

− The pans and pots in the kitchen seemed old and could be replaced. Would be nice to have more sun loungers by the pool. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 laundry pod, which wasn’t enough for a week’s stay. Pool table not in the best condition.

It was a great location. The size in and out was ideal

− The villa was dark and dated. The beds were so uncomfortable, not enough pillows and no extra blankets. We all struggled it getting a decent nights sleep The light in the kitchen was poor we had to use our torch from the phone to check if the food was cooked. The knives for preparing food were blunt which made chopping fruit and vegetables up difficult, there were no instructions for the dishwasher and when we washed the pots in the sink, the plug didn’t work and pots were washed in a salad bowl as there was nothing else to do except wash under running water The plugs also didn’t close in the bathrooms Not enough sofas for us to sit at night as a family (there were 6 adults on the holiday)

Perfect getaway!

This villa exceeded our expectations! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the pool was pristine. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient. Everything was just perfect!
