9.0Das Ambiente der Wohnung war sehr ansprechend. Tolle Deko und Anstrich. Die Lage und gleichzeitige Nähe zur Stadt und Elbe hervorragend.
− Die Dusche muss besser abgedichtet werden und statt Vorhang eine Schiebetür. Für das Glas sollte ein Abfallbehälter bereit gestellt werden.

8.0Lage, Gastgeber und Check-In haben von Anfang an einen hervorragenden ersten Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und der Check-In verlief völlig unkompliziert. Das Apartment selbst hat uns wirklich begeistert: Die Kombination aus Wandfarbe, Kunstwerken und den edlen Möbeln verleiht dem Raum eine hochwertige, fast schon galerieartige Atmosphäre. Das Raumdesign wirkt durchdacht und stilvoll – hier merkt man, dass jemand mit echtem Gespür für Ästhetik am Werk war. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist vollständig und durchdacht eingerichtet – sämtliche Kochutensilien waren vorhanden, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Wer ein geschmackvoll gestaltetes Apartment in guter Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
− Beim Housekeeping war leider deutlich Sparsamkeit zu spüren: Das Toilettenpapier war knapp bemessen, Ersatz-Mülltüten fehlten vollständig, und grundlegende Dinge wie Duschgel oder ähnliche Pflegeprodukte wurden nicht bereitgestellt – was bei einem Apartment dieser Art eigentlich zum Standard gehören sollte. Besonders enttäuschend war das WLAN: Obwohl es als Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben war, erwies es sich in der Praxis als kaum nutzbar. Ein stabiles Signal war lediglich auf dem Flur zu empfangen – kein Zustand für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Positiv anzumerken: Eine Waschmaschine wäre ein schönes Extra gewesen, ihr Fehlen war aber verschmerzbar. Insgesamt bleibt der Eindruck, dass beim Service noch Potenzial nach oben besteht – mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte das Apartment deutlich punkten.

− Hilfreich wäre eine Seifenschale/Ablage in der Dusche. Das Bett ist für Bauchschläfer über 185 cm nur bedingt gemütlich.
