10.0La ubicación, la limpieza, tiene elevador ( pequeño ) pero funciona muy bien, la habitación es amplia. Pero sobre todo el personal de recepción, no recuerdo los nombres pero la chica que me atendió fue siempre muy amable. Si ves esta opción de hospedaje no lo dudes! No te arrepentiras
− Un único punto que la taza del baño es muy alta 😅 pero fue hasta gracioso

8.0It's in city centre. There are access to metro. Convenient with everything nearby. Staff at front desk was very friendly! Good job
− 1) Noise level from the restaurant below is unacceptable. 2) Floor in the room not swept. 3) Not ecofriendly. Keep changing towels everyday! You put there place the towels on the floor of need change but your staff don't follow that at all. I am an eco Friendly person in my country and see this not practiced here is sad. 4) Toilet papers are always new... What happens to the remaining ones? How is this ecofriendly? Just leave a spare one behind. 5) No replenishment of coffee, tea till we had to ask front desk.

− Bémol pour la deuxieme chambre où à la place de deux lits il y avait 1 grand lit et un lit d'appoint pliant. C'est déplorable eu égard le prix.
