A nice sweet place to stay with easy access to Brighton centre.
8.0It was very easy access to check in and didn’t need to disturb anyone- a simple process. There were many facilities to use such as a fridge, a hair dryer and an iron. The shower was easy to use and there were extras for tea and coffee however we did not use these.
− A few extra towels / rolls of toilet paper would have been handy. The blinds in the morning let a lot of light in, and we could often hear what was going on outside.

10.0Clean and cozy room. We had a very comfortable stay. There is a cute pub really close and a 15 min walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend it!

9.0Very accommodating host; Philip is keen to ensure a great stay for his guests and actively welcomes feedback. Very clean room and bathroom; lovely fresh towel. Barfridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, crockery, iron in room. Great location in quiet neighbourhood; close to city centre and beach by walking and bus. Great communication from the host with regards to check-in details, access codes, and any other queries one may have.
− Bed linen had a slightly musty odour but they were definitely clean and I’d say it was most likely due to the way in which they dried with some damp in the air. The room and bathroom are very clean.

− It was very hot. But that wasn’t really the fault of the property. It’s quite a walk to the town centre.
