10.0Comfortable, clean, as advertised, great location, Silvia (host) was very, very helpful and was regularly in touch with us. If you're planning day trips around Perugia (Assisi, Foligno) you can use the Minimetro to get to the train station.
− Be aware that reaching it might be a little bit tricky, located in the old part of the city.

10.0Prima cosa da evidenziare è quella della ospitalità da parte di Silvia, e’ stata molto premurosa con me. Per l’altro, la posizione perfetta, 10 minuti per raggiungere il centro ai piedi, la pulizia impeccabile, il caffè, l’aqua ecc. Cmq, da consigliare di sicuro.

10.0Se trata de una primera planta del edificio en una zona muy tranquila, segura y cercana al casco histórico, solo tienes que caminar menos de 200 metros para acceder a las escaleras mecánicas que dan acceso a la vía dei Corso Vannucci. El apartamento de Silvia nos sorprendió por sus detalles y comodidad, todo lo que necesitas está allí, me alojé con mi hijo de 17 años, durmió en el sofá cama súper cómodo con TV con todas las aplicaciones instaladas. Usamos también el Lavarropas y cocinamos con todo el equipamiento de la cocina. Nos han dejado café, té y elementos de cortesía para el desayuno, agua, elementos de aseo personal, etc. La calefacción tenía excelente temperatura. La decoración es muy bonita y todo el apartamento tiene elementos funcionales. Silvia es una súper anfitriona, amable y atenta a todo. Nos brindó su ayuda ante el extravío de un objeto personal en el bus de ida a Perugia, comunicando la incidencia por nosotros.

9.0Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per tre giorni a Perugia e mi sono trovata molto bene. L’appartamento è piccolo ma curato e accogliente, con una temperatura sempre perfetta. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima esperienza complessiva.
