Be careful, SCAM ON THE DEPOSIT, NEVER REFUNDED !
1.0Big house able to host 17 persons, with a certain charm. A lot of bedrooms, each of them equiped with its own private bathroom.
− Old house very poorly insulated. We rented it in December, the owner did not turn on the heat before our arrival and several heaters were not working so it was freezing and there was a lot of humidity in the house. Old electricity equipment, we suffered several shutdowns during our stay and were obliged to call the owner to get the light back. No washing machine in the house which is pretty inconvenient for a place meant to welcome so many people. BUT BIGGEST WARNING ON THIS OFFER - SCAM ON THE DEPOSIT (as already mentionned by other clients in their feedbacks) : We were asked to pay a 350 euros deposit at our arrival. The owner took the money in cash without delivering any receipt proving the payment. He did not come to make the checkout himself on the day of our departure and sent two of his employees. They confirmed everything was ok on their side. The owner texted us he will pay back the deposit by bank transfer the very same day but did not do it. 3 weeks after our stay, after calling him and texting him a thousands times, we still have not received our money back. Booking client service says they cannot do anything because we don't have a proof of the payment we did (even if other clients complained having the same bad experience). Don't rent this house, this is a SCAM !
Fantastic villa for multiple families with pool to enjoy.
10.0Excellent villa with many bedrooms, maintained to a high standard. All bedrooms had Aircon which ensured everyone had a good nights sleep. Kitchen had everything that was required for cooking and preparing meals for the families we had staying. Pool has a gate to ensure that children could not reach the pool unaided. Charcoal BBQ was useful and outside dining table was wonderful.
