− The cleanliness, very very dirty. Bins still full. Dangerously damaged items. Amenities didnt work properly. All beds are extremely uncomfortable. Duvets and pillows need replacing. Fridge is rusty and contained vodka from previous occupants. Had to take in deliveries for owners. Tatty old abandoned car on driveway. Garden needs cutting and weeding. All very very poor

1.0The location was where we needed to be so was convenient
− We were a group of 5 ladies over 50 staying for Xmas meal out. Large property with lots of room for 7 people Price reasonable to stay and great location. Unfortunately needs improvement as it’s not Luxury All the beds were uncomfortable you could feel springs one girl slept on sofa and two had to share a bed Pillows were very thin . One of the beds is a sofa bed in a bedroom which is not acceptable for an adult to asleep on. Towels were old that were provided Carpets throughout and sofa were marked with stains House needed some TLC to be luxury As soon as we left Got accused of causing damage to kitchen work top and accusing us of trying to cover it up . Trying to charge us £1000 within 2 hours of leaving ???? threatening us with criminal damage with foul language not a pleasant home owner and found him very threatening. Had to get booking.com involved . If you decide to stay take photos of everything.

7.0It was a great location. The house was very spacious and was great for a family stay in this respect.
− The beds were not comfy and could do with new mattresses. Two of us slept downstairs because of this. The cleanliness of the house was not the best. There was dried up sauce stains on some of the kitchen towels, marks on the units and a lot of dust around the house. The tvs around the house were not easy to use and a number didn’t work.
