apartment is 16 floors above the mall. lots of restaurants and a hypermart. food festival just east - formerly west side. beautiful view looking north to madura island & the bridge. fantastic pool and fitness. common areas well maintained. liked here more than benson tower pakuwon mall @ 2X the price. caring and friendly host responds promptly to messages. minor maintenance issue was fixed promptly. the small studio is very suitable for short stays. nice mattress, good wifi, good a/c, big fridge, 4 star feel. educity is a short pleasant walk north across the bridge - lots of cheap warungs, laundries, & c-stores. good sidewalks unusual for indo. a modern a/c bus takes you across the city for only 5000 from haltebus @ south entry. friendly helpful conductors.

− i liked it so much that i extended my stay so i hesitate to criticise anything. for longer stays i suggest hot water in shower, microwave not gas stove, clothes iron, a table to eat on, and a change of sheets/towels to be perfect - can send 1 set to laundry (1 day service) but still a set to use.
