It served its purpose, but was not enjoyable.
3.0It was within walking distance of the park where the bike race event was held.
− The outside area was unkempt (full of weeds and brambles ) and unwelcoming as a result . The property was not clean ; there were cobwebs and dust everywhere. There were scant kitchen crockery (no bowls or jugs or lids for pans or oven dishes) and the cutlery was cheap and flimsy. The doors were extremely difficult to lock . The neighbours played very loud music all day in their adjacent garden.

− Parking terrible, neighbours stay up all night shouting at each other, the house smelt of pets or damp white hairs all over the sofa left 4 days early
Perfect location, lovely little cottage. Would book again.
7.0Perfect location, attractive inside, spotlessly clean
− No instructions for anything, thermostat for heating didn’t seem to work so could only control heat by switching boiler on or off. A few items such as indoor doormat and an airer would be good. There’s a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet washing. Front door lock a bit tricky. Could maybe use some WD40

Well maintained house, but quite noisy at night.

− The noise from people leaving from bars was very loud and continued late into the night. Beds were not very comfortable.
Nice house, very clean.
9.0We liked the way the house was decorated, it was clean and tidy. The area is nice too.
− All was good but if we could improve one thing, we wish there were four chairs at the table as there are four beds in the house for four guests.
