Exceptional property in a fantastic central location with the added benefit of a parking space.
10.0Very well appointed with everything we needed. The flat was really comfortable and very well located to get out and about in Tunbridge Wells and with the parking space it is easy to travel further afield.
− Nothing i didn’t like, only things that would have made any difference would be on arrival knowing which main door to use.
Good location, owner friend but facilities in flat needed a bit more attention by the owner.

− Freezer was dirty and full of owners food. Saucepans were badly scratched and needed replacing. Kettle was worn and burnt inside (needed replacing)No instruction manual for facilities so complex micro/cooker difficult to use. Curtains missing from bedroom - blinds didn't stop early morning sun.
