9.0House was perfect for our needs! Very clean, lots of perks, quiet!
− The neighbors house directly behind is a little untidy, but that's ok. Having to cross Atlantic Ave to get to the beach can be not fun.
Overall is was a great experience !

Overall very nice area and stay. We enjoyed our stay even with some minor inconvenience. Beach area was perfect.
8.0Location was good, 4 minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Driving was easy but nothing is really close. Outdoor shower and beach chairs are nice additions.
− The outside hot tub area is not lighted at all. There could be minor improvements inside like towel racks, side tables, more supplies like a small vacuum, extra TP, paper towels, etc the oddest thing… no washcloths provided by the host. We had to go buy them.
