1.0− I had a very disappointing stay at this Airbnb. 1. Serious cleanliness issues – There was hair on the bed and pillows in every room, making me question whether the sheets and pillowcases were actually changed. One of the pillows even had a large stain (it looked like foundation), and there was hair right next to it. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. 2. No hot water and no gas – On the first night, there was no hot water, and the kitchen stove wasn’t working because there was no gas. I tried to contact the host, but since it was already past 10 PM, I didn’t receive a response, which I can understand. However, by 5 AM the next morning, while the hot water had returned, the gas was still not working, meaning I couldn’t use the stove. By the afternoon of the second day, I still hadn’t received any response from the host. Calls were not answered either. There was absolutely no service or support provided. 3. Plumbing issues – The bathroom drains were extremely slow, including both the sink and the shower. 4. Outdated and impractical amenities – The TV in the living room was small and old, with no screen mirroring or streaming functions, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
