Nobody knew we we're coming though we had a confirmed booking
1.0− We had a confirmed booking via booking.com but the host did not know about that. Could maybe had been a problem to solve, but he was extremely rude on the phone and showed no interest in finding a solution. We really had trouble to find another place to stay on such short notice,, since it was very crowded that weekend. Would not recommend to book via booking.com, because it seems they dont use this platform reliably to manage their bookings.
