9.0Очень приятный персонал! Все, с чем у меня были вопросы - ребята отлично помогали. Уборка супер, когда нужно было убрать - вешала табличку и затем возвращалась в очень чистый и уютный номер) Еда на завтраки вкусная, есть из чего выбрать) Бассейн - это вообще отлично и кайф) до моря 15 минут пешком) Телевизор есть, Wi-Fi бесплатный , холодильник и сейф - все имеется ) Спасибо большое! Я очень рада , что выбрала ваш отель, так как цена и сервис превзошел ожидания ❤️ Советую от души и в следующем году обязательно в него вернусь 🥰
Some positive parts but mostly negative
3.0The pool was lovely and the breakfast wasn’t too bad, different things everyday
− The room was not as we thought it would be. We had a room by the pool. The shower we had was broken, there were cracks all on the walls, there was a hole by the door with electrics showing, the door wouldn’t shut properly, you had to slam it to close it, the bathroom door was put on incorrectly as the lock was on the outside rather than the inside. The shower doors were broken. The room was quite small. The aircon constantly dripped water onto us on the bed. The toilet seat wasn’t fixed on correctly, we had no hot water for the last few days and the WiFi was terrible
